The staff was nice at all levels. Besides, the location was fantastic for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an oval amphitheatre: )
All good.

proximity to Termini station, cleanliness of common areas, spacious bathroom
The air conditioning costs extra and is unreasonably loud!!! The lack of proper soundproofing means constant disruptions from neighbors!!! The neighborhood feels sketchy and unsafe at night!!!

Clean and comfortable room. Free water in the fridge per person. Room is equipped with a flatscreen TV. Hotel staff is helpful and nice. A couple of supermarkets nearby. There is an elevator (hotel is on 3rd floor).
There is no luggage storage (they told us to put our luggage on a chair in the main hallway). Buzzing the hotel to let us in is not very convenient.

That hotel was in a great location, close to the metro. Besides, it was so close to a cafe down the road for breakfast with coupons, the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and The Vatican and frequent tram 5.

We like the location, and the staff are very helpful with everything. They help us to arrange a car to the airport, although there'e a minor understanding after we arrive, overall it's still have a good experience staying there
The only thing annoy us was when we arrive at Fiumincino, the taxi charge us €55 instead of the €50 the hotel staff told us. Well €5 maybe not much, but it's better if they give us a heads up. Or maybe the driver wants to trick us, I don't really know..

The air conditioning comes with a 5 euro fee and can be quite noisy at night, while the lack of soundproofing in the rooms means you hear too much from the corridors and neighboring rooms. The bedding is small and uncomfortable, and there's no in-room amenities like a kettle or coffee, forcing you to rely on the vending machine in the lobby.

It´s near termini station but the neighborhood seems kind of dangerous.

The hotel was very charming. The people were extremely helpful when we ran into a few booking issues, and helped us find another place for our third person. For one of the cheaper hotels in the area, it was safe, beautiful, clean, and updated. I would love to stay there again. Just make sure you reserve the room for the exact amount of people who will be staying there.... If you try to fit one more person in the room that you were not planning on, it will not work. There is a huuuuge fee that you get if the police find out. Sticklers for the rules, but it's for your own financial safety.
It was a little hard to find, as the sign for the hotel was small, and it is hard to carry a lot of luggage to the third floor (even though they have an elevator, you still have to traverse a few stairs). Other than that, no complaints.
